‘Making Connections’, a Young and Well Cooperative Research Centre funded research project led by Dr Justine Humphry, studied the information and communication needs of young people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. The research developed solutions and partnerships, working with young people to support and enhance their access to, and use of, digital technology—including mobile phones, internet and other digital services

As part of this program a series of codesign workshops were conducted with young people who have experienced homelessness as well as government and commercial organisations who may be able to provide surfaces to support vulnerable youth. These workshops were facilitated by Denise Belling.

Jax delivered two videos as part of this program. During the first codesign workshop some young people who had experienced homelessness created some pitch ideas which were later shown to industry stakeholders in another workshop using video. The video above was the second video created to document the codesign component of the program.
