The first licences to be released are the Fishing Fee, Responsible service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling licence.
Our remit was to better understand the needs of licence holders and licence checkers in to inform the design a digital licence mobile application.
I conducted ethnographic research with people who fish and people who hold and check RSA/RCG licences to understand their needs and hesitations around digital licensing. Some codesign sessions were conducted with licence checkers and licence holders to better understand how licence application, fulfilment, renewal and checking could work. After data synthesis, a report was delivered including recommendations, research insights, personas and service blueprints.
I shot and edited a video to communicate what we did and some of the recommendations.
